Can I order additional parts that are not listed on the website?

Delta Children's Guard Rails, Bed Frames and Bed Rails can be ordered directly from Delta by calling Consumer Service at 1-800-377-3777 EXT 6221 Monday- Friday 9:00a.m. -5:00p.m EST.

What if the product is still under warranty?

For product still under warranty you need to contact Customer Service at 1- 800-377-3777 Ext. 6221 Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. Please ensure you have your model number, place of purchase and receipt information handy.

If a part is temporarily out of stock, when can I expect it to be back in stock?

Parts that are listed as temporarily out of stock may take up to eight weeks to be restocked.

I have a question about which part is right for my product.

If you have any questions about which part is right for your product, call Customer Service at 1-800-377-3777 Ext. 6221 Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m EST.

Are parts from different models interchangeable? Can I order a part that isn't listed for my product?

Parts from other models are not interchangeable, may not be safe and are not guaranteed by Delta. You may only order parts that are listed as being appropriate for the model you own. If you have any questions about which part is right for your product, call Customer Service at 1-800-377-3777 Ext 6221, Monday Friday 9:00a.m.-5:00 p.m EST.

Why do you ask for the model number and serial number/manufacture date of my product in order to find replacement parts?

We at Delta care a lot about safety. And the only way we can make sure that the parts you order fit your Delta product is to ask for the model number of the product you own.

When is my order processed?

We begin processing your order as soon as you click "Submit Order".You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is placed. Most orders placed before 10 p.m. ET for in stock items will ship within seven business days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. For security and authentication purposes, the billing address provided with your order must match the billing address associated with the credit card being used to make the purchase. We are unable to accept any form of payment with a non-U.S. billing address.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged as the item(s) in your order are shipped.

Is my credit card information secure?

Delta uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to securely send the information you provide during checkout to and from our web site. (You can tell that a page is secure by looking for the "closed lock" symbol in the lower right hand corner of your browser.) This technology sends information in an encrypted format, insuring that it can only be read by Delta. In addition, we use digital security certificates from Verisign to protect the integrity of our site. Finally, we do not store credit card information.

Can I cancel my order?

We're sorry, but we are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted.

Can I return a replacement part I have ordered?

We're sorry, but we are unable to return or refund any part orders that have been already shipped.

How do I get another instruction manual for my crib?

We have all of our product manuals in the Consumer Care section or under the Products category. If you do not see your model number listed, please contact the Customer Care team and we'll email you a PDF copy of the instructions.

What will you use my email address for?

Your e-mail address will be used to send you the following information: Regularly scheduled Delta E-Newsletters. In our newsletter you will be informed about the latest happenings with Delta, safety tips and information, healthy recipes, giveaways, sweepstakes and many more. We do not share your information with any third-parties. Your email address will only be used for Delta's e-newsletter and recall alerts. You do have the option to unsubscribe.
