Furniture Set Return Policy

We do not accept returns on Furniture Sets.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please call us at +1 (646) 435-8718 within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled by the customer.

Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent:

Upon delivery, please count the items to make sure all products you ordered are accounted for before providing your signature. Once received, we ask that you open and assemble your products within 48 hours.
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, you must complete and submit this form within 48 hours of delivery as per our shipping partner's policy.
We cannot address complaints for damaged or defective merchandise if it's not reported within 48 hours of delivery because we can no longer place a claim with our shipping partner.

Delivery Failures:

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the items is returned to us, the fee will be charged to the customer. This also includes refusing a package.

Delta Children reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. If your order needs to be cancelled for any reason, we will notify you of the cancellation via email to the email address you provided when submitting your order and will refund any payment already made by you or your credit/debit card company to us.
