Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from DeltaChildren.com, items can be returned within seven (7) days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. If your return meets these criteria, please take the following steps to complete your return:

1.  Complete and submit this form with information about your return.
2.  If approved, Consumer Support will provide an RMA form via email.
3.  Complete the RMA form and send it back to our Consumer Support team via email.
4.  Purchase a return shipping label using the address provided by Consumer Support.
5.  Once your package has been shipped, provide our Consumer Support team with the tracking number via email.
6.  Once your return is received and processed, your original payment method will be credited.

 
The following items are subject to a $100 restocking fee:

- Gliders
- All Case Pieces


We do not accept returns on Mattresses or Mattress Accessories. 

Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent:

If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact Consumer Support by phone or email within seven (7) days of delivery. For items that are missing, damaged, or defective, please use this replacement parts form. For incorrect items, please use this form. We cannot accept returns for damaged or defective merchandise after seven (7) days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (e.g. damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD).

We request that you provide us with tracking information once your package has been dropped off. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit by the return shipping company.

Refund Policy:

When requesting a refund, your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) will be credited once your return is processed. When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original payment method for the returned item and a charge for the new item, plus shipping (if appropriate) and handling.

If for some reason the consumer does not provide us with return tracking information, we wait on a report from warehouse that shows us items returned and do the refund at that time.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please call Consumer Support at +1 (646) 435-8718. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Final Sale and Clearance Items:

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
