Returns & Exchanges

Our goal at Delta Children is to ensure your entire purchasing process is enjoyable and stress-free.

Return Timeframe & Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from DeltaChildren.com, most items can be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. The following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Furniture Sets
  • Personalized Items
  • Monogrammed Items
  • Mattress and Bedding Items
  • Sale Items (markdowns or with use of a coupon code)

Return Shipping & Refunds

Complete and submit this form with information about your return. If eligible, Consumer Support will provide an RMA form via email and any fees that apply will be deducted from your refund.

FURNITURE

Customer is liable for return shipping on furniture items, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (e.g. damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.) We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit by the return shipping company.

All returns on furniture are subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the product’s purchase value plus shipping fee.

Once the return is received at our warehouse, we will process the refund with appropriate fees deducted to your original payment method within 14 days.

OTHER ITEMS (All non-furniture items, included but not limited to: strollers, baby gear, toddler items, rails, and more)

Inside of the return window, we are happy to provide pre-paid return labels for any non-furniture items. A $14.99 postage fee will be deducted from your refund per label. Once a returned item is received at our facility and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method, less applicable fess, within 14 business days.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent:

FURNITURE SETS:

Upon delivery, please count the items to make sure all products you ordered are accounted for and boxes are in good condition before providing your signature. Once received, we ask that you open and assemble your products within 48 hours.
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, you must complete and submit this form within 48 hours of delivery as per our shipping partner's policy.
We are unable address complaints for damaged or defective merchandise if they are not reported within 48 hours of delivery.

OTHER ITEMS:

If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact Consumer Support by phone or email within 72 hours of delivery. For items that are missing, damaged, or defective, please use our replacement parts form . For incorrect items, please use this form . We cannot accept returns for damaged or defective merchandise after 72 hours of delivery.

Exchanges:

Delta Children is unable to offer 1:1 exchanges of items. Please return the item you do not wish to keep via this form and proceed to place a new order for the item you wish to get instead.

Cancellations:

You have the option to cancel your order within 60 minutes of making your purchase by selecting "cancel order" on your order confirmation page. After that window of time, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you would still like to request to cancel your order, please fill out this form right away, select “Cancel Order” under “Reason for Contact”, and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

Redirected Packages:

Any requests to redirect a UPS or FEDEX package back to sender after it has already shipped will result in a $17 redirection fee to be deducted from the refund total. Private Carrier shipment redirection fees are subject to review per order.

Price Adjustments & Promotional Sales:

Delta Children is unable to offer price adjustments on products purchased outside of a promotional sale’s time period.

Pre-Order Shipments:

If your order requires a private carrier shipping method and contains any pre-order item, your full order will ship once all items are in stock.

Personalized Shipments:

Orders containing personalized items may require additional processing time and extended delivery timeframe. 

Part Shipments:

All parts and shipment of parts are final sale and non-refundable.

Delta Children reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. If your order needs to be cancelled for any reason, we will notify you of the cancellation via email to the email address you provided when submitting your order and will refund any payment already made by you or your credit/debit card company to us.
