I got my eight month old size large sleep sack. I have her wear the sleep sack during her day naps. I did notice if she wore heavier clothes she woke up sweating. I love how cute this sleepsack is and that it is so functional and grows with baby. You can swaddle the arms with the inside velcro, and transition to arms out when baby is ready. I love that it leaves a lot of room around the hips to allow for maximum growth and movement.
